Great food doesn’t have to cost a great deal. That’s the philosophy behind our menu. Our chefs are graduates from some of the finest culinary schools in the country and they know how to please—all the way from the plating to the last bite. That’s why so many of our customers tell us they come in for the beer, but come back for the food.
All salads with the exception of the Cobb are available as a demi salad. Soup du Jour Chef’s pick using fresh seasonal ingredients. House Chili Topped with shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Lion’s Pride Fish bowl farms mixed greens and herbs, dried figs and vinaigrette. Capitola Baby organic greens, caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes, walnuts, goat cheese and our sirloin tips lightly tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Cali Waldorf Fresh field greens topped with grilled chicken, apples, grapes, rochefort cheese and toasted slivered almonds. Caesar Salad Crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with Caesar dressing, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and croutons. (Available with grilled chicken, lobster, or sirloin tips.) Classic Turkey Cobb Turkey, tomato, avocado, bacon, egg and rochefort cheese over romaine lettuce with your choice of dressing on this classic.
Wonderful appetizers you will surely enjoy! Belgian Frites House made fries, simply the best! Served with our house made aioli. The Quesadilla Tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers, and cheese grilled between two flour tortillas. Served with sour cream and salsa. (Chicken or lobster topping also available.) Pride Wings Crispy battered, spicy pieces of joy from heaven. Served with carrots and celery. (Buffalo style & boneless also available.) Lamb Lollipops Ground lamb seasoned with Moroccan spice and chutney, beer battered served on cinnamon sticks with a roasted red pepper coulis. Nachos Crispy tortilla chips with melted cheddar and jack cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives, jalapeño peppers and green peppers. (Available with chili.) Fromage Plate A delicious assortment of artisanal and Trappist cheeses garnished appropriately. Coconut Shrimp Panko and coconut breaded shrimp served with our spicy sweet chili sauce. Brie Wontons One of life’s memorable moments. Served with a choice of apricot jam and honey or jalapeño pepper jelly Hummus and Toasted Flat Bread Points House made with plenty of roasted garlic! Lobster Portobello A portobello mushroom stuffed with a bread crumb filling and plenty of lobster served on a bed of field greens and a balsamic reduction glaze Spinach Artichoke Dip Creamy dip topped with melted cheese and served with tortilla chips. Indian Eggrolls Seasoned potato and vegetable filling. Served with a house made chutney.
All of our burgers come with a choice of frites or coleslaw. Ground lamb may be substituted. The All American Burger Fresh Angus sirloin, served with lettuce, and tomato and pickle on a toasted bun. (Available with cheese.) Pliny The Burger IPA beer sharp cheddar cheese and plenty of apple wood smoked bacon and avocado on this classic. The Westmalle Burger Angus sirloin topped with Swiss cheese and Worcestershire, butter, and beer sautéed mushrooms and onions. The Roche Fort Ground lamb topped with artisanal beer cheese, crispy shallots, baby spinach, and date and prune ketchup. The Zwaka Legume Melted goat cheese, sundried tomato, caramelized onions and grilled Portobello served with baby field greens on a toasted bun with a balsamic aioli. The Chimay Burger Trappist and stilton cheese melted over our delicious ground steak pattie. For the true cheese lover!
All of our sandwiches are served with our house made frites or coleslaw and choice of one aioli. A demi house salad or Caesar salad may be substituted. Eb’s Cheese Steak Tender shaved steak, onions, peppers, and mushrooms, sautéed in butter, & baked with American cheese on a French baguette. The Best Reuben Tender, lean, corned beef or turkey, with fresh sauerkraut, melted European Swiss, Russian dressing, on hand-carved marble rye/pumpernickel. The best! The Killer Chicken Sandwich Grilled chicken breast, BBQ sauce, melted cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato. All on a grilled roll. The Classic Turkey Club Sliced turkey, Swiss with bacon, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted roll. (Available with avocado.) Sautéed Veggie Wrap Vegetables sautéed in a light garlic sauce with melted cheddar cheese on a sundried tomato wrap. (Available with grilled chicken or tender lobster.) The Allagash Slow braised pork shoulder with Allagash Dubbel, thyme, bay leaves and cloves on a soft roll topped with crispy shallots. Beer Battered Haddock Sandwich Freshly ale battered haddock deep fried and served with lettuce, tomato and a pickle on a toasted roll. Mediterranean Wrap Grilled chicken, cucumber, onion, tomato and feta cheese, dressed with hummus and spinach wrapped in a grilled flat bread. Buffalo Chicken Wrap Our buffalo fingers with crisp lettuce and fresh diced tomatoes all wrapped up and topped with our house made blue cheese dressing! Lobster Roll Succulent chunks of lobster meat gently tossed with mayonnaise on a buttered roll. Simple and Maine’s finest. Grilled T’sjeesus Trappist cheese, tomato and bacon, melted in a toasted hand carved sour dough bread. Frisco Melt Turkey, tomato, avocado, sautéed mushrooms between melted cheddar cheese and a parmesan crusted sourdough bread.
